Our Annual General Meeting will take place at the Christmas Dinner on Friday evening, December 13th.
This is an election year and members will elect the Board to serve for the next two years. Once the new Board is voted in, it will convene to appoint Officers to serve during its term.
Nominations for the position of Director shall be submitted at the Annual Meeting of Members and be made either by a nominating committee, or by petition of Members representing at least ten (10%) percent of the outstanding Membership entitled to vote for a Director(s), or from the floor upon motion approved by a majority of the Members present and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting of Members for the Director to be nominated. Petitions may be sent by email to secretary@oxcamne.org.
In accordance with the Society's Bylaws the Board established a Nominating Committee:
If you would like to serve the Society in a leadership capacity, please contact one of the members of the Committee.
If you are not planning to attend the dinner, you can designate the Secretary to act as your proxy, voting at his discretion on the directors and any other resolutions that may arise. To do so, please register your proxy here.
